Terms and Conditions of Sale — Luxe Piel™

Preamble / Seller Identity

Luxe Piel™ (hereinafter "we", "us", "our") is an online store operating through the luxepiel.store website.

These Terms and Conditions exclusively govern sales made through the Luxe Piel™ website and apply to all orders placed by customers located in Mexico and abroad.

Luxe Piel™ is not the manufacturer of the products for sale. The characteristics presented (photos, descriptions) come from information provided by our suppliers. If the product received does not match the description, we invite the customer to consult our Refund Policy.

Section 1 — Purchase Process

  1. The customer selects the desired products and adds them to the cart.
  2. By clicking "Checkout", an order summary is displayed with the option to accept these Terms and Conditions and proceed to secure payment.
  3. The customer must verify all shipping details (address, phone number, references) before confirming.
  4. After payment, a confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse orders of unusually high quantities of the same product (exceeding 20 units) due to availability reasons.

Section 2 — Dropshipping Model

Luxe Piel™ acts as an intermediary between the end customer and our suppliers. We do not maintain our own physical inventory: orders are transferred directly to the supplier, who ships the merchandise directly to the end customer.

Luxe Piel™ is responsible for:

  • Securely processing customer payments
  • Tracking orders with the supplier
  • Handling claims, returns, and refunds on behalf of the customer

Section 3 — Guarantees

In accordance with Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC), we guarantee products conform to the published description. In case of a defect, damage, or order error, the customer may request a refund, repair, or replacement, by submitting evidence (photo or video) within the timeframes indicated in our Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Shipping Times and Costs

  • Estimated delivery time: 15 to 25 business days, depending on the destination.
  • In case of delay, we will notify the customer via email or WhatsApp with a new estimated date.
  • In case of product unavailability, we will offer a product of equivalent quality or price, or a corresponding refund.
  • Shipping costs vary by product and destination and are displayed before completing the purchase.

Section 5 — Prices

Our product prices are indicated in Mexican pesos (MXN), including taxes. For customers outside Mexico, the final amount in their local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by their bank or payment method.

Section 6 — Payment Methods and Security

We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other methods available at checkout, processed through secure payment providers (Stripe or others). No customer bank details are stored on our servers. We use SSL encryption to protect payment information.

Section 7 — Right of Cancellation / Satisfaction Guaranteed

In accordance with the LFPC, the customer has a reasonable period after receiving the product to request a return, except for personalized or sealed products that have been opened for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has a defect or error attributable to Luxe Piel™. Please consult our Refund Policy for more details.

Section 8 — Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. In case of dispute, the parties will submit to the competent courts of Mexico.

Section 10 — Personal Data

We collect customer's personal data solely for managing their orders and tracking our commercial relationship, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
